Depending on the day of the week and the time of day you submit your
question you may receive a response back from our team the same day business day.
If you don’t receive a response the same day then you will receive a
response the next business day. Our response time will depend on the
volume of questions our guests are sending us. Please allow up to
2 business days to receive a response before you submit the same
request a second time. Responses will be sent in the order we receive
